Watch the video and follow the steps below to learn how to convert a Microsoft Word file to a PDF file.
Step 1
Open the file in Word.
Step 2
In the upper left corner, click “File”.
Step 3
Move the mouse cursor down the menu to “Save As”. Click “Save As”.
Step 4
Click where to save the file, such as “This PC”.
NOTE: Another place to save the document includes OneDrive.
Step 5
Near the middle top of the screen, click the down arrow next to the text which reads “Word Document”. Move the mouse cursor down the menu to “PDF”. Click on “PDF”.
Step 6
Click the “Save” button.
